Technician
Full-timeA hands-on role installing, configuring, and maintaining the CCTV, access control, networking, and IT systems our clients depend on — on-site across Nairobi and, occasionally, further afield.
What you'll do
- Install and configure CCTV, access control, and networking equipment on client sites
- Run and terminate structured cabling to spec
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing security and network installations
- Provide on-site and remote support for day-to-day IT issues
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, or networking installation — or a strong willingness to learn fast
- A methodical, safety-conscious approach to electrical and structured cabling work
- Comfortable working independently on-site, not just in a workshop
ICT Intern
InternshipAn entry-level opportunity to learn across ICT advisory, managed services, and physical systems — real client work, not busywork.
What you'll do
- Support the team on live installation and support engagements
- Learn network administration, basic troubleshooting, and documentation practices
- Assist with day-to-day helpdesk and client support tasks
What we're looking for
- Currently studying, or recently completed, a diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
- Curious, reliable, and eager to learn on the job
- No specific years of experience required
