Articles on the Tech News page are third-party content, sourced from their original publishers — we don't claim ownership of it, and it's attributed to its source.

We keep service descriptions accurate and up to date, but they're general in nature. The exact scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement is confirmed directly with you before work begins.

Where this site links out to third-party sites (including news sources and social media), we're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

This site is provided as-is. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it'll always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
