A lot of hardware sitting in storage still has years of use left in it. We refurbish working computers and put them into schools that need them — if you've got equipment collecting dust, it could be exactly what a classroom is waiting for. We can pick it up from you, or you're welcome to drop it off at our office — whichever's easier.
For some kids, this is the first computer they've ever touched.
Growing up around a computer changes how a child sees what's possible for them — the confidence to type up a school assignment, look up a scholarship, or just get comfortable with tools the rest of the world takes for granted. For a lot of kids in Kenya, that exposure comes years later than it should, if it comes at all. A machine that's just sitting in your storage room could be the one that changes that for a classroom somewhere.
