Why it matters
Systems that actually work when needed
Regular servicing means the camera isn't down the one day you need it.
Faster fault resolution
A door reader offline or storage filling up gets caught and fixed fast.
Works even if we didn't install it
You don't need to have bought from us to get this covered.
What this covers
- Scheduled servicing and health checks for cameras, access control, and alarm hardware
- Fast callout for faults — a camera down, a door reader offline, storage filling up
- Firmware updates and reconfiguration as the building or team changes
Frequently asked questions
Do you service CCTV or alarm systems you didn't install?
Yes — you don't need to have bought from us originally to get ongoing servicing or a fault fixed. We work on existing installs from other providers as a matter of course.
How often should a security system be serviced?
At least twice a year for most systems, more often for sites with harsher conditions (dust, heat, coastal humidity). Regular servicing is what catches a failing camera or a door reader going offline before it actually matters.
What does a maintenance visit actually cover?
A health check on cameras, access control, and alarm hardware — checking footage is actually being recorded and retained, testing door readers and alarm triggers, and firmware updates where needed — not just a quick look and a signature.
